While the food is 11/10, staff is 12/10. The staff is so kind and accommodating. I get so excited to walk in!

since moving to this area, we've ordered from crunchwerks a few times. it's really quality stuff, and as food service workers it's super appreciated to have a late-night option that's not fast food. however, we've noticed they tend to run out of things pretty frequently. i understand this happens from time to time, but it's a bit frustrating how frequently it happens here, especially given how straightforward their menu is. we ordered two xl crunchwraps, drove home and found out we didn't get our queso. the queso is made in house and SO fire, so it's a pretty significant part of the order for us, not just like a side of ketchup with an order or something. we get back in the car and drive back, come to find out they're just out of their queso period. nobody mentioned it to us when we picked up our order, so we weren't even given a chance to pick an alternative. after working a pretty miserable shift, driving all the way back to get the queso, then finding out they don't even have any, my PMSing self was pretty devasted to say the least. and to be honest, while i believe their food is totally fairly priced given the quality and in-house ingredients, things in general are just too expensive nowadays to not be getting what you order, or at least not be given a chance to make it right. based on other reviews, our experience with them running out of things is not unique. i know they mark if they're out of steak and things like that on their website, but maybe a prompt to change the side sauce for the crunchwraps if they're out of queso would benefit both them and their customers. we really enjoy their food and what they're doing for the neighborhood, but it's unfortunately difficult to not feel hesitant at this point to order from them.

The best new campus area grub! We got some queso, cinnamon wheels, and a couple OG Crunches with Beef. Sooooo good! The quality of the ingredients totally came through and the quantity was plenty to fill us up (and then some). Absolutely give it a try!

Great OG Crunchwrap and chips and queso. Both came out quickly and hot. The band on stage was a too loud for my liking, but there are earplugs available for purchase. Would definitely come again

THIS PLACE IS IN A MUSIC HALL. The crunchwrap I had was delicious, but we did not realize it was in a music venue/bar. We were a little surprised to find a rave happening as we waited for our order. We found the place on Google and it honestly looks like a normal restaurant. Just a heads up that you might be waiting for your meal in the middle of a rave.

Needed to DoorDash something vegan and went with their Vegan Crunchwrap. So much better than Taco Bell’s version. The portion size is bigger and it is obviously more vegan friendly. Plus it came with a sauce!

I was very excited to stumble upon this food truck because I love crunch wraps. All I have to say is that this place is delicious. I got the chicken crunch wrap and I didn’t want it to end. As much as I like saucy foods, the Crunchwrap did lose its integrity very shortly and ended up falling apart by the end. A fork is much needed. The service was great as well.
